: Regular Meeting held every month
: Emergency meetings are held where and where necessary
: Transparency : The Executive Committee makes decisions
and keeps minutes on every major activity, usually through
consensus and in participatory manner.
: All the actions taken by the executive board are endorsed
in the Annual General Meeting.
: Program Coordinator is selected for each activity and
financial transactions are given to the respective
coordinator.
: Records and all the documents of the institute are
easily accessible to all.
: Any two from three signatories operates a bank account.
: Financial Audit is carried out through an external auditor
appointed by the Executive Board and endorsed by the
General Assembly.
: Decision Making : Participatory practices are
institutionalized. Functioning of the organization continues
even during the absence of the Executive Director.
